Founded in 1979 as Heng Leong General Supplier, starting with packing, transport, and labour services.
Incorporated as HLGS Sdn Bhd in 1995, marking our growth into large-scale manpower solutions.
In 1999, we expanded into contract manufacturing, established our own factory, and built a fleet of buses and vans to support worker transportation.

Today, HLGS continues to grow with a strong foundation in compliance, reliability, and end-to-end workforce solutions.
